    Heavy rains remind us of challenges in life... Never ask for a lighter rain.  Just pray for a better umbrella. That is attitude.  Life is not about finding the right person, but creating the right relationship.  It's not how we care in the beginning, but how much we care ‘till the very end.  Some people always throw stones in your path. It depends on you what you make with them - a wall or a bridge? Remember you are the architect of your life.  Search for a beautiful heart, but don't search for a beautiful face. Because beautiful things are not always good, but good things are always beautiful. It's not important to hold all the good cards in life. But what is important is how well you play with the cards you hold. Often when we lose all hope and think this is the end, Then the Almighty smiles from above and says "Relax dear" it's just a bend and Not the end.

#1. Clasp hands when you’re crossing a street or walking through a crowd. Wrap your arms around your lover when you’re standing close to each other, and don’t keep more than a feet distance between each other unless you have no choice!  #2. Write little love notes and slip it into your lover’s pocket even if it’s just a little ‘I love you’. These notes don’t have to be elaborate. Even a little lipstick mark on a piece of paper will bring the same smile!  #3. Record a love message on your partner’s phone. Surprise your partner by taking her out to a nearby favorite picnic spot late in the night while she’s still in her night suit. A former Youth President of Okoroma Clan & former Councilor Nembe Ward 10, Hon.Meremubio Adaminegbe has dumped the All Progressives Congress (APC) and thrown his weight behind the re-election of Governor Douye Diri for second term. Hon. Meremubio Adaminegbe is a founder and Director-General of a group called "Sylva Bounce Back" a group he has now denounced after he was received into Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Okoroma on Wednesday by the sitting Governor Douye Diri, who is aspiring for a second term. Okoroma clan is fully PDP and will massively vote Diri/Law 2023 on November 11.

FIFA the World football-governing body, has appointed Portuguese official Luis Godinho as referee for the international friendly match between three-time African champions Nigeria and Asian giants Saudi Arabia, coming up at the Estadio Municipal de Portimão next week Friday Godinho will be assisted by compatriots Bruno Jesus (assistant referee 1), Tiago Costa (assistant referee 2) and Miguel Noguera (fourth official) at the match kicking off by 5pm Portugal time.  A former Minister of Petroleum Resources in N, Diezani Alison-Madueke, has appeared before the Westminster Magistrate’s Court, London, over bribery offences. This came in the heels of an investigation by the United Kingdom’s National Crime Agency, which leads the country’s efforts to combat serious and organised crimes. Diezani, 63, who also served as the president of the Organisation of the Petroleum Exporting Countries, was a prominent figure in President Goodluck Jonathan’s government from 2010 to 2015. The NCA alleges that Diezani accepted bribes during her tenure as the Minister for Petroleum Resources in exchange for awarding multi-million-pound oil and gas contracts. The charges specified that Diezani was entitled to some fringe benefits including cash, chauffeur-driven cars, private jet flights, luxury holidays, and the use of multiple London properties. Contentment is a rare value nowadays . Very soon it will become a commodity that people will buy very expensive, just because they did not want to manage a simple life .   People want extra .They want that "extra " so much that they can't even savour and enjoy those simple  things that make life worth living ...like family , friendship , love ...  They fight for that "extra" and when they have it ,they realise they have lost what really matters.  I bought these beef testicles today because there was not enough money to buy the barracuda fish that I love . I cooked and ate it with close people.  Trust me it tastes better than any $100 meal you would eat at Astoria hotel or I don't know where I would trade my contentment for anything  beef testicles for life!  Yummy  great people, are you contented ?

The latest Dry Bulk Freight Forecaster from Maritime Strategies International (MSI) reports a deterioration of the consultancy’s cautiously optimistic view for improvement in the dry bulk market in the next six months.   Misery piled on misery for dry bulk owners in January as spot and timecharter rates reached new lows. Demand plummeted for a majority of dry cargoes and in the iron ore markets, a temporary hiatus in activity at Tubarao briefly dented Brazilian exports, whilst Australian exports were curtailed by weather disruptions during the cyclone season.   The beginning of the year is typically marked by a spike in recorded vessel deliveries, and January 2016 was no exception. Deliveries surged to 7.2m dwt, more than double average monthly deliveries during 2015.
